I would like to become a member of the Adelaide Football Club. What are my options?

Adelaide Football Club membership is the perfect way to share the pride and get more involved with your Club.

From packages with home match access, to supporter and Interstate options - there's something for every fan!

The Club also has a number of memberships just for kids! Starting from just $30, junior membership includes match access, junior member merchandise, invitations to exclusive events with players and more.

What are the benefits of becoming an Adelaide Football Club season member?

Adelaide Football Club season membership allows you to access every Crows home game at Adelaide Oval in 2015, while financially supporting the Club.

Starting from just $22 per month over ten months (concession and junior pricing available), 11-game season membership packages provide a significant saving off of regular daily tickets.

Season membership options include Season Ticket (Eastern and Southern Stands, Northern end), Members Reserve (Western Stand) and General Admission.

Adelaide Football Club season members will receive:

  • A fully transferable ticket to all Crows home matches at Adelaide Oval
  • Reserved Seat membership options
  • Status as an Adelaide Football Club member
  • Exclusive Club benefits including the opportunity to upgrade to Gold (and receive Grand Final access rights if AFC is a competing team)
  • Crows ‘member’ merchandise and events
  • Direct communications from the Club
  • Personal service from the Adelaide Football Club's Member Service Centre and dedicated staff

I can't get to many home games, or live interstate. What membership is best for me?

The Club understands that for many reasons supporters can't make it to every home game.

2015 membership includes a number of affordable options for supporters wishing to join the Club without 11-game match access.

Starting from just $30, these include General Admission and flexible Bronze membership packages.

Can I access a Grand Final ticket if the Crows are competing?

If Adelaide is successful in making the 2015 Toyota AFL Grand Final, the Club will be receive a limited number of tickets to allocate to members. 

Legends Captain’s Club and Gold members are the only members that will have a guaranteed opportunity to purchase one of these tickets. 

Any remaining tickets (likely to be very limited) will be made available to Silver, Essential Crows, Interstate and Victorian based members subject to the conditions to be advised by the Club. A charge may be applied to the purchase of all Grand Final tickets and registrations of interest may be conducted in advance of actual qualification for the Grand Final.

Please note that for all AFL finals, juniors aged 3 and over (as at 1/1/2015) must purchase a ticket for entry. Juniors who wish to qualify for finals priority must hold either, a General Admission, Victorian or Interstate membership. There are no junior tickets for the Grand Final however eligible junior members can access a concession priced ticket.

Can I pay my membership over instalments?

For no extra cost, spread your subscription across 6 or 10 monthly instalments, deducted once a month from a nominated credit card. To take advantage of the plan – select the ‘Instalments’ tab online or on your application form. 

The instalment schedule will commence on 14 December 2014 and conclude 14 September 2015. The Club is unable to change the schedule date (14th day of each month). Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on this date to cover the instalment amount.

Members paying after 14 December 2014 will be required to pay the combined value of all instalments due prior to that date.

The Adelaide Football Club may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution.

Please notify Member Services (08) 8440 6690 if there are any changes to your credit card information. 

AUTO RENEWAL

Members that elect to pay their subscription on the Easy Payment Plan will have their membership rolled-over annually via auto-renewal. Advice will be sent to all members on the Easy Payment Plan prior to renewal. You can opt out of the payment plan and auto-renewal at any time (although all any outstanding payments must be made).

As a member, can I access Showdowns, Finals and the Pre-season competition?

AWAY SHOWDOWN

Adelaide Football season members have access rights to all 11 Adelaide Crows home games at Adelaide Oval in 2015. For an ‘away’ Showdown, members will be given priority to purchase tickets before the game is on-sale to the general public.

AFL FINALS

Members are required to purchase a ticket to AFL Finals, which are neutral events and managed by the AFL (including ticket prices and categories). All Adelaide Football Club members will be given a priority period in which they can purchase tickets before the general public (Finals weeks 1-3 only). Members regular reserved seats will not be available for finals and seating is sold on an automated ‘best available’ basis through the venue’s ticketing agent. Please note that for all AFL finals, juniors aged 3 and over (as at 1/1/2015) must purchase a ticket for entry. There are no junior tickets for the Grand Final however eligible junior members can access a concession priced ticket.

PRE-SEASON MATCHES

Members with match access entitlements (Bronze, Season Ticket, Victorian and Interstate) are able to gain entry the Crows games only in the official pre-season competition (NAB Challenge). Members must present their 2015 membership card to gain entry.

Can I share my membership with friends and family?

Yes. Adelaide Football Club season (11-game) membership is fully transferable. Simply hand-on your membership card to friends, family, clients, or anyone else, and ensure your seat is always full.

Who is considered eligible for junior, youth and concession pricing?

JUNIOR
Members must be under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2015 to be considered a junior member. Members that turn 15 before this date, will need to purchase a Concession or Adult membership.

Please note that for all AFL finals, juniors aged 3 and over (as at 1/1/2015) must purchase a ticket for entry. There are no junior tickets for the Grand Final however eligible junior members can access a concession priced ticket.

YOUTH (General Admission membership only)

The youth age range is strictly 15-17 as at 1 January 2015. Youth pricing is only available for General Admission membership.

CONCESSION

Concession members are required to produce appropriate identification when attending games. These include:

  • Pension card (aged; single parent; disability)
  • Student card (full time only)
  • Veterans Affairs concession card

Concession is not available for unemployed, Seniors Card, Heath Care or Health Benefit card.

When I proceed to purchase a new membership online, I am prompted for a My Crows Account. Where do I find this information?

If you have registered your interest in membership or receive communications from the Club, you already have a My Crows Account.

You can find your account information within recent correspondence from the Club or on a recent Club email. To find out your My Crows Account phone Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 and quote your name and email address).

If you do not have an account, you will be required to create a new My Crows Account and follow the prompts prior to purchase.
