I would like to become a member of the Adelaide Football Club. What are my options?

An Adelaide Football Club membership is the perfect way to share the pride and get more involved with your Club.

We offer a great range of memberships to suit everyone from new-borns to die-hards; including global, interstate memberships and non-access support memberships.

The Club also has a number of memberships just for kids! Starting from just $45, junior membership includes match access, a member kit with Crows merchandise, invitations to exclusive events with players and more.

In 2013, we also launch 'Bounday Line', a specially designed membership catering for fans that can't get to any games.

I am interested in joining the Club to ensure myself a seat at Adelaide Oval from 2014. What are my options?

From 2014 all Crows home matches will be played at a redeveloped Adelaide Oval. Click here to take the virtual tour.

The Adelaide Football Club will reward existing ticketed members with priority access to the first round of seating allocations, to commence soon.

I can't get to many home games, or live interstate. What membership is best for me?

The Club understands that for many reasons supporters can't make it to home games.

2013 Membership includes a number of affordable options for supporters wishing to join the Club without 11 game match access.

Starting from just $45, these include 'Crows Nest' junior membership (free ticket at every home game) and the flexible 'Premier' membership (access to a free ticket at three selected home games).

In 2013, the Club also launches 'Bounday Line', a specially designed membership catering for fans that can't get to any games.

Can I access a Grand Final ticket if the Crows are competing?

If Adelaide is successful in making the Grand Final in 2013, the club will be allocated with a limited number of tickets to allocate to members. 

Captain’s Club and Gold members are the only members that will have a guaranteed opportunity to purchase one of these tickets. 

Any remaining tickets (likely to be very limited) will be made available to Silver and Victorian based Members subject to the conditions to be advised by the club.  A charge may be applied to the purchase of all Grand Final tickets and registrations of interest may be conducted in advance of actual qualification for the Grand Final.

Existing financial Silver, Victorian, Essential Crows and AAMI Stadium members can upgrade by contacting the Member Service Centre on (08) 8440 6690..

Can I pay my membership over an instalment plan?

Membership is now more accessible than ever with the Crows Easy Payment Plan!  For no extra cost, spread your membership fee over 10 monthly instalments (see instalment dates below), deducted once a month from your nominated credit card. 

To take advantage of the plan – simply select click the 'Instalments' tab when checking out online.

Members paying after 14 November 2012 will be required to pay the combined value of all instalments due prior to that date.

The Adelaide Football Club is unable to change the schedule date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on the above dates to cover the instalment date. Please notify Member Services (08) 8440 6666 if there are any changes to your credit card information.  The Adelaide Football Club may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution.

Can I sign-up to have my membership renewed automatically each year?

Yes. Simply click on the 'Instalments' tab when checking-out online.

The Member Service Centre will then automatically renew your 2014 membership from the nominated credit card.

Members can opt out of the Crows Auto Renewal option at any time, but must complete any outstanding payments.

As a member, can I access Showdowns, Finals and the Pre-season competition?

 
SHOWDOWN TICKETING
 

Season ticket holding members have access rights to all 11 Adelaide Crows home games. For an ‘away’ Showdown, members will be given priority to purchase tickets before the game is on-sale to the general public.

 
AFL FINALS
 

Members are required to purchase a ticket to AFL Finals, which are neutral events and managed by the AFL (including ticket prices and categories). All Adelaide Football Club members will be given a priority period in which they can purchase tickets before the general public (Finals weeks 1-3 only). Your regular reserved seat will not be available for finals and seating is sold on an automated ‘best available’ basis through the venue’s ticketing agent.

 
NAB CUP
 

Members are required to purchase a ticket to the NAB Cup pre-season competition, which is managed by the AFL (including ticket prices and categories). However, season ticket holding members can attend Round Four matches at no charge upon presentation of their membership card.

When will I receive my membership card & members kit?

SILVER ADULT (CONC.), ESSENTIAL CROWS & VICTORIAN MEMBERS

Membership cards: Membership cards will be sent in batches from early January 2013. Please allow four weeks for delivery.

Members who join after the start of the season should understand that, due to the timing of some benefits, the full list of entitlements may not be available.

 

GOLD, JUNIOR, INTERSTATE, PREMIER & BOUNDARY LINE MEMBERS

Additional merchandise items will be mailed separately to member kits/ cards.

Additional merchandise items: Please allow a minimum of four weeks following full payment for delivery.

Membership cards: Membership cards will be sent in batches from early January 2013. Please allow four weeks for delivery.

Gold, Premier, Junior, Crows Nest, Interstate and Boundary Line members can track the delivery of their additional merchandise items online (please note: membership cards will be shipped separately). 

Eligible members will receive a 'Dispatch Notification' email following their renewal or new membership purchase with more information.

Can I purchase additional reserved seat memberships for friends or family members?

You can purchase additional seats for friends or family members located together when you purchase a new reserved seat membership. To enquire about seat availability, phone Member Services on (08) 8440 6690, email your enquiry or visit the Member Service Centre.

Can I share my membership with friends and family?

Yes. Season ticket holders can now send their tickets (on a game-by-game basis) to friends, family, clients, or anyone else via email.

Who is considered eligible for junior and concession membership?

JUNIOR

Members must be under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2013 to be considered a junior member. If they turn 15 before this date, they will need to purchase a Concession or Adult membership.
 
CONCESSION
 

Concession members are required to produce appropriate identification when attending games. These include:

  • Pension card (aged; single parent; disability)
  • Student card (full time only)
  • Veterans Affairs concession card

Concession is not available for unemployed or Seniors Card.

When I proceed to purchase a new membership online I am prompted for a My Crows Account. Where do I find this information?

If you have not supplied the Adelaide Football Club with an email address in the past (e.g. receive you receive Club emails, or have registered your interest in membership) you will be required to create a new My Crows Account before your check out online.

If you happen to receive Club emails or have regsitered your interest in membership, you already have a My Crows Account.  To find out your My Crows Account phone Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 and quote your name.

As a new member, can I tour the Club's training and entertainment facility?

2013 members are entitled to a free tour of the Crows' training facility.

Westpac Centre tours provide members with a unique insight into the players inner sanctum, with a chance to see excusive areas that are rarely shared with the public.

Are members entitled to complimentary home match day public transport?

A purpose-built bus terminal outside AAMI Stadium is serviced by FREE SA Lotteries Footy Express bus services, operating from the city, across the suburbs and from regional areas of South Australia on all match days.

SA Lotteries Footy Express services are FREE to all 2013 members and offer an express bus service from special stops along the route, ensuring a fast and direct service to AAMI Stadium. Save time, beat the traffic, and arrive on time with Footy Express!
