Members will receive a 'Dispatch Notification' email following their renewal or new membership purchase with more information.
Membership cards and packs: Please allow four weeks for delivery. Membership cards will be mailed separate to member packs. It is not uncommon for membership cards to be separated in the mail or arrive on different days. Therefore, members with multiple memberships are advised to allow for slight delivery arrival variations.
Collection prior to match day: Customers that have purchased a new membership in the seven days leading up to an AFC home match are advised to collect their match access ticket from the Match Day Member Services Office, open two hours prior to the game (located on the Southern Plaza - view map). Cards will be shipped to new members that do not attend this match from the following Monday.
Members who join after the start of the season should understand that, due to the timing of some benefits, the full list of entitlements may not be available.
