Ticket Transferring

Can't get to the game?  Share your season tickets with anyone via email!


Adelaide Football Club Reserved Seat and Essential Crows members can now e-mail their season tickets to friends and family! The recipient can simply print his or her ticketFast® eTicket from any standard printer.

To transfer your tickets:

1. log in to your my crows account

  • Enter your My Crows Account ID/ Password on 19thman.com.au or at the bottom of this page
  • Once logged in, click the ‘Manage My Products’ button.
 

 

2. select transfer tickets match

  • On the top right hand side of the calendar under the 'Select an event' drop menu, select the match you wish to transfer your tickets for.
 

 

3. select seats to transfer pop up

  • On the popup window's drop down menu, select 'Transfer tickets to friend'
  • Check the seats you wish to transfer using the check boxes
  • Click the 'done' button
  • The number of seats you are forwarding will appear in orange at the top right of the calendar, click continue to proceed
  • A further popup window will appear, click the blue 'Continue to transfer' button
 

 

4. add your transfer recipient as a contact 

  • Under the 'Choose Transfer Recipient' heading, fill in the name and email address of the individual you are transferring your tickets to.
  • Click the blue 'Add' button
  • Select the recently added recipient that has now been added to your contact list (displayed under the 'Choose Transfer Recipient' heading)
  • Click the 'Next Step' button to proceed

 

 

5. review and complete transfer

  • Review the information you have supplied and click the blue 'Complete Transfer' button
  • You will receive an email confirmation

 

 

6. RECIPIENT ACCEPTS TICKETS

The recipient will now be sent an email with the 'ticket offer' your are transferring. Once the recipient ‘Accepts’ the offer, they will be directed to My Crows Account Manager. The recipient will be required to sign in with or create a new My Crows Account to retrieve their tickets.
 

(Note: Once a ticket has been forwarded, the original season ticket will no longer be valid.)
