Membership 2013
The following details the terms and conditions of holding a membership (Silver, Gold or Captain’s Club) of the Adelaide Football Club. It also applies (where relevant) to Premier, Victorian and Interstate Members of the Club.
Please note that the conditions which follow are the result of a number of factors. These include the needs of members and the Club itself (including the constitutional requirements) and of course legal compliance, where applicable.
1/ Categories of Membership
There are five levels of membership covered by these Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Premier Membership
Entitlements will vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club (and will be published in the annual Membership Brochure). Premier Membership gives a right to vote and includes access to a free ticket for 3 games at AAMI Stadium in which the Adelaide Football Club participates. Premier members are required to book a ticket through Ticketmaster (the conditions will be detailed on an annual basis).
1.2 Silver Membership
Entitles the holder to attend AFC (minor round) matches, and provides a reserved seat at AAMI Stadium. Silver Membership does not carry voting rights. Other benefits are published in the annual Membership Brochure.

The Interstate Membership is not available to residents living in Victoria. Interstate Membership does not carry voting rights. Other benefits are published in the annual Membership Brochure.
1.6 Essential Crows Membership
Essential Crows Membership is bound by AAMI Stadium's terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are outlined here.
Essential Crows membership is a general admission membership and is subject to capacity. The SANFL reserves the right to close the stadium gates regardless as to whether or not all Members entitled to admission to the Members Area on a day, have gained admission to the Members Area, if in the opinion of an official of the SANFL, the admission of further persons to the Members Area would or might endanger the safety of those persons who have already been admitted to the Members Area.
2/ Membership year
Membership of the Adelaide Football Club shall commence on January 1st and end on December 31st of each year.
3/ General Conditions
3.1 The Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Membership of any Member if the Member, or any guest introduced by the Member to AAMI Stadium or any AFL venue, or a person to whom a Member shall have loaned his Members admission ticket shall infringe any of the Membership Conditions or any Regulations made by the Club or the SANFL from time to time or any other Regulations made under an Act of Parliament in relation to AAMI Stadium or any AFL venue and its use.
3.2 The Club reserves the right to prohibit the bringing in or wearing of any clothing or material which in the opinion of the Club, SANFL or any other regulatory body considers to be offensive, inappropriate or likely to offend other patrons.

Silver members have access to remaining ‘dailies’ on day two of sale. Any remaining tickets go on sale to Premier Members and the General Public on day three.
4.4 Ownership
While people other than the ticket holder may use Silver, Captain’s Club and Gold season tickets for attendance at home games (in the minor round) it is the strict policy of the Club that the AFC retains ownership of a season ticket membership and it is non-transferable for the benefit, gain or advantage of the holder of that season ticket or any other person. The Membership ticket must be produced and/or delivered up to an employee or agent of the SANFL or the Adelaide Football Club upon request. Any season tickets sold outside normal ticketing procedures will be confiscated by the Club. In the event of the death of a season ticket member (and in cases of hardship) other family members may apply (in writing) to the Club for special dispensation to retain that Season Ticket for another family member. Note that this does not extend beyond immediate family, and a death certificate will be required, where appropriate.

Sale of remaining tickets to members will be subject to priority groups as determined and advised by the Club. The sales process may take place in advance of the Grand Final (prior to confirmation of AFC as a participant) and may be subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
